Peter Weiss commenced his business in the fashion industry in the 1970s and became synonymous with Australian fashion and style.

Some fifteen years ago he retired to the country at his property in the Southern Highlands - about 2 hours south west of Sydney.

Wollumbi means 'place near the water'. It is a property of some 1,500 acres with undulating hills and good supplies of water from Uringalla creek, several dams and bores. It is situated close to Marulan, about 45km north of Goulburn and 90 minutes from Canberra on the M5.

Peter has obsessively developed the land and pastures and the views are beautiful from every angle. Peter and his wife, Doris, live here most of the year visiting Sydney on a regular basis.

Together with his Farm Manager, David Croker, who has been at Wollumbi for 11 years, they have built up his stocks of cattle focussing on the Red Angus breed.
